Obrigado, John

Hello,
I'm new in Portugal and I installed a trifasic solar panel system in my roof (UPAC).
I read carefully your comments.
In my case, the Smart Meter installed by e-Redes (Janz 2801) doesnt calculate the NET energy as João Ramos (joaocunharamos) explains it. It calculated the consumption of each phase individually. I try since 3 months to get answers from e-Redes about this, but they keep ignoring my messages or answering generic automated responses.
Here is an example:
“If for 1 hour, my consumption is: +2000wh on phase 1, -500w on phase 2 and -500w on phase 3: Will my Janz Meter 2801 increase the readings by 2kwh or by 1kwh? “
The correct answer should be 1KWH based on what João Ramos said (and apparently according to the law). But my meter increase by 2kwh! Because of that, I'm paying much more electricity than I should.
I lived in Switzerland and France, and the meters do the NET calculations of all phases. So can someone tell me if my counter is wrong and if this situation is legal in Portugal?
Thank you for your help! My installer has no idea, EDP and E-Redes dont answer. Best, John
