Re:

Re: Black Brammo
A actualização do Software teve ajustes de muitos parametros e eliminação de muitos bugs,
nem sabia que existia estas falhas todas....
VCU
Bugfix: If the SMBus fault handling improved, to prevent unstable operation of the VCU in case the SMBus devices on board fail.
1.11 Release Notes Version 07
Version 05 and 06 were never released. Changes in this version:
VCU:
The wrong firmware version was listed in the firmware tables. This is now corrected.
BMC:
Do not allow allHeatersON for any version of BMU PCBA lower than rev ‘F’ as the hardware design was not meant to handle that much current.
VCU_F130 firmware:
o Fixed CPI firmware upload issues
o Eliminated the skipped speed values by reworking the PCA counter algorithm
o No longer prevent drive if the headlight is detected to be off (broken, or fuse blown)
o Added a filter for Instant Power but only when motor power is displayed, because the controller reports voltage and current much more often than the BMS
o Added support for BMU firmware upload
o Added support for MC firmware upload via a fast CAN bridge, DASH-MC
o Now can switch between performance modes while moving, but only if the throttle is 0%.
o The Interlock fault due to the loopback missing (as opposed to relay open) now also reports a C3 on the Dash
o Remove the check for AIM firmware version, since there is no AIM anymore
o Reduced the on-time of the top green LEDs during the "low SOC, please recharge" mode. Also, the LEDs now flash three times instead of constant on
o Charger or Charging faults alert the user to the fault using the headlight and green LEDs. They are flashed once every 15 seconds
o Add battery temperature transmit to capabilities; add battery max and min temperature to the Vehicle Data FiFo that is sent to DASH
o Bug Fix -- green LEDs don't light if there is a non-displayed fault, and "ON" does not change to "GO" in the Enertia Plus.
o Bug Fix -- Added timestamp to the VIN number log entry
o added more leeway to the BMS fault counter -- now 125 comm errors have to happen before a B6 -- this is about 20 seconds.
o Bug Fix -- Warning Message RECHARGE REQUIRED changed back to RECHARGE REQ'D to allow room for the Bxx fault code that follows it.
o Show the Speed sensor speed in the Dash packet, not the legacy speed from the motor controller
o Removed #define SIMULATE_BMS -- not getting a 0x180 within the specified time is once again a latching fault
o Removed support for mode button (from the BMW throttle). Only Start button can change the vehicle performance mode.
o Removed support for Enertia Plus, since there are no plans to use the VCU 2.0 in an Enertia Plus
BMC
o If Active balancing is not enabled, enable it on startup
o prevent EVSE from turning off during charge float or when charge current is zero -- just have charge current at zero but still say "OK to charge"
o Variable speed charger fan control – the higher the charger temp, the faster the fan
o "All Heaters On" function, if all PCBAs in the modules are rev C or higher
o If mixed modules in a bike (PCBA rev B and PCBA rev D), do not do all heaters on
o BMS needs to continually send 0x180 until a mode command is received.
o Use PCBA Temps for storage of Minimum Cell temperature (instead of BQ116 SOC), since PCBA temp is already reported as Reference temperature
o If the charge current is 0 when it is supposed to be charging, set a flag
o Use the Charger fan as a power up sound both in Drive and Charge modes. In parallel with this, eliminate FAN sound every time the proximity switch is enabled.
o bugfix: "OK to Charge" flag was not showing up in the AIM status word
o bugfix: if a heater is bad in any of the modules, stop heating in all modules
o bugfix: The charger error bits are not stuffed properly into the 0x0A0 charging Status word
o bugfix: Detection of broken temperature sensor now works
o bugfix: the vehicle is plugged in to charge and displays 100%. Disconnect charge and turn bike on in Drive mode. SOC displays 98%.
o bugfix: BMS needs to reset both Interlock AND fuse in drive mode, if either of them is set.
o bugfix: BMS issue -- Variable roll-over results in incorrect temperature calculation
o Module Lost flag takes too long right now if one or more modules are disconnected during operation (meaning that Static data was received OK). Lower the number of acceptable comm errors per module to 30 from 100.
Dash
o Two additional items available for display in the lower left corner are battery min and max temperatures

Re: Black Brammo
